It's amazing to me that on the outbound flight... she could strike a Federal Air Marshall enough to move him backwards, when he weighs much more than her. She then states she was "crazy" and grabs another FAM by the collar with no action. Then on the return flight.... the same FAM's, purser, captain and AA then allows her to work again when clearly something is still wrong. Seems like a broader investigation is warranted at all levels and some help for the FA.
