That's a long trek you do down to Botswana from the UK, so a decent level of service en route is very welcome I'm sure. Hope the return is ok, notwithstanding those apparently heavy loads.

By the way, I feel obliged to remind you about the reprimand you were given immediately after your opening post of the thread. I'm afraid you are not allowed to mention the gender of the crew. Totally irrelevant, as I believe you were told. You must refer to them only as "flight attendants" ......
