What matters most to me:
1. Ease of getting to the airport early in the day - for a 7 AM flight, we'll have to get to the airport pretty early. We'll have some heavy luggage, so metro is probably not a good option.
2. Do any of the IHG properties near Lisbon airport have a GUEST LAUNDRY? This is a several week trip, and it would be great if we could quickly do our own laundry ourselves before flying on. Or, if no guest laundry, is there a public laundry nearby that would offer quick service? (We'll likely arrive in the early afternoon, so a self-service laundry is best. Or we'd need very quick same day service. Next day service won't cut it.)
Don't worry about getting to the airport. Both the Holiday Inns have taxi ranks outside round the clock, and its a short taxi ride to the airport, costing well under 10 euros. Taxis have an extra charge for bags.
You could also call a radio taxi, or Uber.
No idea about laundry services, but i'm sure the concierge will. There are 5aSec laundries all over the city: but not cheap for bulk washing.
