1) I'm not questioning anything an agent tells me. If they told me to strip in front of everyone, I would do it. I want no problems, I just want to know the rules and follow them. Get a supervisor involved and it likely will result in revoked GE.
2) The paper form doesn't help because the wording on the kiosk keeps changing, so it is not necessarily the same as on the form.
