If you live in the UK you are better off in BA Executive Club. I say this as I'm Australian, a member of QFF, but I live in the UK. I do not use QFF in the UK. Actually I mainly use the American Airlines program, but that's a different story.

Get an AmEx BA card and if you spend GBP10,000 a year then you get a 2-4-1 voucher on any BA award flight you book, ie two people can travel for the same Avios points as a single person.
