If you dig deep into the Heathrow Airport website for Departures you can see the departure gate numbers. No point in doing this for any future travel, there are a few general rules but gates have no set patterns. There was an A380 boarding from A10 a few weeks back, for example.
It's slightly easier on the HAL App, same information - including arrival gates too - but the information is only briefly shown, you don't get to see the whole day's schedule.
(And for 99.99% of passengers - there is absolutely no need to plan your trip to T5 in this much detail!!!! It's not that complex.)

In the past I have always been one of the 99% I have been through T5 loads of times and not taken any notice of anything, I agree its not complex.
However I now have an interest in making my visits as efficient as possible.
Although the gates form most flights seem to move, it seems that Dublin are normally 21/22/23.
