Well, it seems as though my experience there was much different to everyone else, I thought it was one of the worse properties I have ever stayed at.

My first bad experience was upon check in where the staff in the lounge had a real attitude problem, no recognition for Platinum an she was too busy chatting to her friends to deal with check in. Only to be told at 3pm that my room wasn't ready and would have to wait 45 minutes.

Staff were very hit and miss during the stay and the best were the unpaid interns at the pools side, very professional and very friendly.

Problems then on check out where my card was charged twice for the stay which ended up with me paying 110,000 peso twice and spending a week of my time trying to get the money back.

There was another nasty experience which was quite upsetting which i will not put on a public forum, but, if anyone wants to know details please PM me.

This hotel is not for me, and I will never stay there again.
