There's another Rokurinsha at level 6 of Skytree mall's East tower, two hops away from Tokyo station's Metro. Get there before 5pm as the lines may be shorter, afterwards enjoy a nice night view of the city at floor's lobby. Their pork broth is uber fatty but really good.
