West Imperial Highway in El Segundo is elevated and looks down on the airport. (just do a search for W. Imperial Hwy/Elg Segunod on Yahoo maps) Years ago they used to have benches facing the airport and you literally loooked down on it. Haven't been there in years, so dont' know what it's like now.
