I have gone through the redepositing process with AA, but never with AS. Any advice? I know they charge fees, but I am curious how they would handle 3 separate trips, or if I'm SOL and just have to pay for each one. If so, is that worth it to get 90k miles back?

Whatever applies will be in your award ticket receipt, but:

Not positive on partner awards, but on AS flights if they are cancelled more than 60 days out will cost nothing at all. Partner awards you will lose the partner booking fee $12.50 each way. $125 per person fee for changes within the 60 day period.
