My preference would be CX. Nice long flight to get enough sleep, great seats and good service.
MH is fairly good, but nowhere near CX or SQ.
JL also has a good F.
QR was a bit disappointing (at least in my experience).
I would avoid BA. It is (as mentioned here) a glorified business class.

No experience with Etihad.
