Post Jetihad Y seating arrangement question

I am flying SFO-AUH next month in Y in Jetihad 777-300ER. Etihad.com seat selection page says Y has rows 26 to 63, with seemingly extra legroom in row 42. Seatguru says Y is rows 26 to 61, and row 42 is like any other regular seat with no extra leg room.

Does the Jetihad 777-300ER row 42 have extra leg room?

My fare basis is UEB6MUS/YS, with EY flight numbers. If I were to credit my miles to Etihad Guest, I would get 50% of flown miles. But I want to credit to my AAdvantage account. aa.com (linked below) says U fares get 100% base miles. Is it 100% of flown miles or 100% of the 50% of flown miles?

I am also flying AUH-BKK on the same ticket, again on EY operated, EY coded flight. Can that segment also be credited to my AAdvantage account? The above link says:

"Beginning May 1, 2015, travel between North America and Abu Dhabi (AUH) on Etihad Airways operated and marketed flights are also eligible for AAdvantage base mile accrual."

Does that mean EY flights between North America and AUH only can earn AA miles?
