Absolutely serious.
email or call the decisions makers within the company including the Managing Director of Crew Scheduling or VP Of Inflight. Ask for a meeting with them (and yes they do have open door policies). Those are just two suggestions regarding pressuring the company directly. If a majority of FAs are vocal about the issues, the airline won't be able to ignore it.
Also, putting pressure on the union leadership (using the same "tactics") would be of benefit as well.
However the FAs complaining on social media about the problems won't even do any of that. They'd rather complain then at least try to take some kind of action.
