I also take along alcohol wipes for the touch screen (they dont smear the screen and they also disinfect it).
Try wiping the headrest on a 767 Y seat some time.....the wipe will become dark brown or black......yuuuuuckkk.
iTouch Avionic Wipes are boarded in the flight satchel of every flight specifically for cleaning the screens. I carry a supply in my pocket, please ask if you need one.
