I would go with CX F from any point in Europe (preferably LHR) to HKG with an extension to HND. Probably the longest F ride on CX.

I agree with SFO777 that BA F is not that impressive comparing it to CX or JL or QR or EY. So don't waste your miles on that ride. Opt for something more Luxuries in F class.
