Reward booking cancellation, no cash refund?
Booked two 4000 avios one ways. BA.com says it will refund the avios but not the money (£35). I thought that reward bookings allowed this? Now want to fly the same flights but with a long haul J flight added on.

BA.com quotes £1950 for the new flights so I don't see why a £35 refund is a big deal but I was pretty sure this was allowed but the booking says £0.00 due for refund.
