TAME is owned by the Ecuadorian military and flys up/down the west coast of S.A.

Avianca and LAN are probably the biggest players intra-continent.

I don't think there are any direct UIO/GYE - GRU flights.

There's a good travel agency in the Swisshotel (formerly the Oro Verde) on Doce de Octubre in Quito.
