I have an upcoming stay and would like to make some enquiries prior so I wrote directly to the hotel twice to [email protected] but over 2 weeks never get a reply at all. I also reached out to Sheraton Associates and they told me that they have contacted the hotel concierge to get in touch with me but still not a word from the hotel itself.

I find it strange as I never experience this when contacting other SPG hotels.

How can I escalate this?
