Unfortunately, the press release doesn't explain whether these rates will be 24-hour (or whenever) cancelable or only advance purchase.
Checked a number of dates where I already have existing bookings. Some of the deals are pretty good but they all state:
prepay in full, non-refundable if cancelled more than 1 day after booking, no changes
So if you're willing to commit it could work out well.
