I would think a very small to no chance without paying the applicable change fees. The exception would be if your current flight was oversold/significantly delayed/cancelled and it would suit BA to move you to avoid paying compensation
LCY is not the type of place you would want to hang around all day either. I would suggest changing it in advance or sticking to the BA3
