The best part about the new headsets is watching people(like me) try to figure out how to put them on for the first time. I didn't want to look like an idiot, so copied the equally-inept woman next to me (who had hers on the wrong way). Figured it out eventually.

I too find them more comfortable, but it's crummy that the workshop lost a contract because of the switch.
