is the Mumm champagne a new offering ?

usually weary of the sparkling unless the bottle is in view ... mostly due to my discerning tongue not knowing what's what

finished my last stay here as Gold a few weeks back, and will be notching my 1st ever stay as Diamond next week. Any idea if suite upgrades are common since change of GM ?
