You dont. Some people want to, but that's likely a tiny percentage of the users. Ergomics is about hands really, not words. Go to a camera shop and grab an E-M10 or E-M5. i suspect you'll wonder why anyone feels to need to add on an extra grip. At least that was my take on it after trying them - I find they fit great in the hand for being so tiny.
