Just curious why there would be a need for lots of deadheading crews. DUB is already served by AC via rouge; they'll probably work out some sort of aircraft rotation where planes depart in YYZ and turn to YVR in DUB using crews that have stayed overnight in DUB (and something similar for the return). Also, on the YVR side rouge serves several destinations using 763's such as Hawaii and KIX. rouge would likely simply increase the size of their 763 base in YVR (my understanding is that rouge is scaling back/eliminating their base for 319's but their 763 base is still operational).
