Wow! I've booked VIA online about 15 times in the past two weeks, and it's gone really smoothly. It's a great help at work, because I deal with last minute travelers mostly, and an (average) 2 minute online booking avoids the 25CAD prepaid fee. Haven't had any problems at all, and feedback from travelers is great. Depending on what station you leave from you can pick up your ticket from the express kiosk in about a minute (as long as you have the VIA locator).
