When I was at FS Maui earlier this year, the "serenity" (quotes intended) pool was full-up all day long, every day -- this on a weekend in February (not Valentine's).
We enjoyed our stay, but thankfully had been before and very much knew to temper expectations from what we normally like.
Do enjoy your two week holiday, and report back please.

bhrubin, when I was there in '04 for the Felton/May/McCants Maui Invitational (followed nicely by a FF trip to St Louis), we opted to stay up at the RC. Personally, felt like driving from the FS area was too far for my tastes. Hope you get the same results as when I went.
