My next choices behind the IC would be either CP Kensington or London City, you stand a chance at either of those getting comped lounge access which solves the breakfast issue as both lounges do a good breakfast (Kensington better as you can order off a menu if you don't want the buffet.) Would probably be worth paying for lounge access if not given free.
