Where is the other 5x?
Rebated 2 months after end of each quarter - eg Q3 2015 was rebated 20/11

And HSBC doesn't tell you it's done that - you just see a bump in your rewardcash balance - you have to do monthly movement reconciliation exercises (stuff I used to teach in accounting 102 and then make interns do at clients over the summer)
