Hi,

I have bought a ticket from the Canadian Air China website this morning, but immediately after buying it my friends told me that they couldn't buy theirs because there were no more seats available. I thus immediately submitted an online refund request for the ticket and was told that I would get a confirmation email within 6 days if the refund was approved.

However, my friends were able to book their ticket in the end so I do not want to receive the refund: I want to use the ticket.

I called Air China who were very unpleasant on the phone (they ended up hanging up on me) and said that the refund request could not be cancelled.

Is there any way I could keep the ticket, even if I have to pay fees?

I'm really desperate here.
