Just completed a three night stay here and hands down the best experience of this year (coming to 100 nights BIB), Was upgraded to a Bay view executive suite from a bayview room, and the entire experience was excellent, the hotel functions efficiently and nothing is too much trouble. The addition of ice cream and more variety during the afternoon tea took that up a couple of notches. The only thing probably was that the breakfast options at the restaurant could be improved and rotated a bit more.
Took the Narita sky access train to Narita from Shimbashi and would recommend it every time!
