Krabi - secluded beach?

Hello folks,

Never been in Thailand and just booked flight to Krabi from Singapore for three days in next March.

While I have a lot to read and learn, if you are familiar with the area, would you recommend a place to stay? Requirements:

1. Nearby water (ideally - chalet over water) so one can clearly hear sound of waves/water. That's my wife's requirement.
2. A simple, clean room in a budget/mid range accommodation (no more than $100/night) with clean floor, bedding, towels. Everything else is not necessary, even air conditioning
3. Quiet area, away from noisy tourists spots.
4. Ideally, if there are some activities in addition to laying on beach - like jungle trekking, historical/religious sites nearby, etc.

Thanks.
