Bringing this thread up to ask the question, how bad are the hotel rooms that allow smoking? I can tolerate some smoke in a room unless it is very, very strong.
It depends - Some rooms have been chain-smoked in for so many years that the walls are thick with tar. It
can be like walking around with a tray of cigarette stubs in their juice tied under your nose.
