Hi Sean, I'm also going to study abroad in the UK this spring as a Chinese citizen with US Permanent Residence. Did the French route to a Schengen visa work out for you? I'm going to leave for the UK soon and may not have enough time to apply for a visa in the US, so I'm wondering how things have worked out for you!
