You guys are all correct. On my last rental at SEA, the guy pushed the “regular” and “the best” insurance (“….most of our customers get this….”) so hard I had to clap my hands to get him to stop. He kept saying how he was trying to protect my hard-earned assets if I had an accident. The other employees quietly laughed. The car was missing a hub cap too. I too was given a car one level less than my reservation but no cost reduction. Still they were 40 dolla cheaper than most others.

One more crappy experience like this, and they automatically go on my DO NOT USE FOR 6 MONTHS LIST.
