Just realized I'm losing my Silver status at the end of the month and dropping down to Bronze. However, when speaking to my chiropractor recently he informed me of a 2 week window where if you earn enough points close enough to your Tier points cutoff date then you'll keep your status, anyone heard of this?

So, I did EDI-LAS in business in September, earning 320 TP's.

My TP reset date was 8th October.

On the 9th October I did EDI-DEN again in business, earning another 320 TP's.

So, combined enough to keep me in silver, but as it was before and after my reset date, I've dropped back to Bronze.

Anyone ever spoke to BA and because it was close to the reset date the status was reinstated?
