Does anyone have experience with KL offering more than one leg up for bid? I have LAX-AMS-CPT and I'm hoping they will let me bid on the AMS-CPT leg due to my (only) 1hr connection time @ AMS next week!
Crap...its only allowing 1 J seat to be sold on AMS-CPT.....guess that means WBC is gonna be full!
OK....update on my PHX-LAX-AMS-CPT flight tomorrow.
I was the only bidder and I bid €409 with a minimum bid of €339. I did not win. And there were no other bids. They sent me the email when the auction ended that I did not win
About 3 hours later they put up the CPT-AMS leg for auction...no bidders...I bid €409 on a minimum of €339. 7 hrs before the auction ended (or about an hour after I bid), I got the email telling me I did not win the auction. Ugh...
So....the CPT-AMS leg is NOW listed......€339 minimum.....It's 4 days away....no bidders....I bid the minimum.
See what happens....
So it IS nice to know that they will let you bid on the next leg in your journey as soon as the current leg's auction closes.
Wonder if J is full.....guess I'll find out tomorrow. For some reason I can't check in online....ugh...
