Question, I've already applied a club cert to a reservation at RC Tokyo and now website is showing a lower rate but it's non-refundable. Can I change reservation to the non-refundable rate and still get club upgrade? It would be over a $500 difference over our stay...

ETA: It's only showing non-refundable, corporate rates, and room packages. no standard rate on website.
