My tips for wrinkle free wool clothing:

- Bundle pack as can be seen in this video:

-Use a garment folder and once finished packing it with shirts and skirts etc wrap the pants on the outside of it. One method is also to put the wool pants on the inside of a thicker beach towel and then wrap the towel. Then pack the towel on the top of the bag to avoid added weight to it. The towel will prevent sharp folds in the pants. Problem is that beach towels are not recommended on carry on's for space reasons.

If upon arrival you still find some wrinkles then put them on a plastic or wooden hanger (avoid the wired ones) then hang em up in the hotel bathroom and put the shower on with hot water running for a good 15-20 minutes to create a really steamy bathroom. After 15-20 minutes turn off the water but still keep the pants hanged up in there for another hour. Then take them out but still let them hang in a closet for another 2 hours to dry up a bit. This will usually fix the wrinkles.
