Mine came through when in the USA too. I printed some utility bills out in the LAX Flagship Lounge to have as proof of address (I hadn't expected it'd come through when I was over there so hadn't brought any with me!) then tried for a walk-up at SFO - they looked at me like I had two heads! Thankfully SJU was wide open so no problem getting a booking there.
