Why is he in employment tribunal? Is he suing BA? (If so) doesn't BA look after its own hurt in the line of duty? (Or is this the procedural way in the UK?)
I have tried to find out but can't find the details. I would be a bit upset to learn that BA had sacked one of it's pilots injured while doing his work. But I have no information on this so it's just speculation.
