I received an email today saying my Hilton Gold status had been matched to Hyatt Diamond (was already a Hyatt platinum through actual nights). However my online profile hasn't changed 6 hours after receiving the email.
Anyone else who got an email confirmation not received the actual online upgrade?
Same here. I got the approval notice via email but did not have status at hyatt.com updated. Did your status changed now? How long did you wait until it finally changed?
