I can sympathise. WTP doesn't make it any better, either.

My personal record is 3 hours sitting on the tarmac, but in that case there was no drinks or meal service (it was in Riyadh), and the boredom was curtailed thanks to the flight being cancelled and everyone getting to go and experience BA's best outstation IRROPS handling instead. Marvellous.
