The Sony A6000 offers fantastic value now, but it's getting relatively old. It has among the best continuous autofocus of all mirrorless bodies (especially considering today's price) but its viewfinder and handling are poor, especially compared to the new Oly you list there. On the E-M10 II everything you need to alter just falls to hand, with dedicated dials.
Currently there are a lot more lens choices for the micro-4/3 system (since you can use Oly, Panasonic & 3rd party ones) and Olympus' image stabilization is wonderful.
I suggest you actually try them both out before committing your funds: try how easy it is to alter both to f4 from f8 and add 2 stops overexposure and taking a snap shot without taking your eye from the viewfinder. The Oly wins hands down in real-life use especially for street and travel photography. Sure the Sony's better for shooting birds and motorsports, but you've got your Canon for that.
[I've got Olympus E-M1 and Panasonic GM1 bodies plus too many lenses, and a Fuji X100T]
