A cousin of mine came back from working in the UAE and now flies with A3. She is certainly not easily manipulated and has an impressive amount of qualifications. Generally speaking the majority seem to like working at A3 and are well treated. The actual applications for FA's are something like 80% Female and 20% Male. So that is another reason. Lots of young Greek females need employment and see being an FA as an attractive role. These limited jobs are often way over subscribed due to the situation on the ground in Greece.

Another point to remember is Greek Men need to complete military service and many delay this until after years of studying.
