yepp, one would think that that would be the easiest, but noooo!
I keep getting the same lame "copy/paste" answer from Customer Support.
So I have spent my morning tracking all the flight details and everything and managed to put together a 10-page document with hard facts that the flight wasn´t delayed due to fog

Kind of interesting how much info there is out there when U look for it
