I doubt that they would give me the name though

The reason is that we boarded a flight a few weeks back that was delayed over 4 hours. When we asked why at the airport the claimed it was due to fog, but when we boarded the plane the captain specifically told the passengers "no matter what you have been told at the airport, we are NOT delayed due to fog. It is due to "mixing up and changing" aircrafts"

Ive been in contact with Customer Service but they still claim fog.
This is the reason why it would be good to know the captains name, but I realise that it would be hard to get somehow.
