Ansett in Australia (RIP) used to have an annual fund raiser for a local charity (may have been Children's Hospital or similar) where they sold slots in one of their sims at Melbourne. You had to book the time just like booking a flight. I think they took in three people at a time for a 30 min slot.

From memory they had a 737-300, 767-200, A320, Saab 340 and possibly others available.

Sadly, we won't be seeing that anymore since AN died last year.
