Help Me Understand How To Pack Wool Dress Pants In A Cabin Bag

I'm a big fan of the Briggs & Riley U122CX, use it for all trips long and short.

Recently I've begun taking one day trips on CRJ regional jets and the like and have decided to give strong consideration to the Briggs & Riley U116 Rolling Cabin Bag so as to put it in the overhead bin on short overnighters. Will save me time, especially in bad weather, won't have to wait for a bag on the tarmac, can just take it down from the overhead and roll off.

For meetings, we dress business casual, no suit, no sportcoat, just a pair of wool slacks and a cotton button down shirt. The issue is I've never packed business casual in a carry on that did not have a built-in suiter to fold the pants over, so question:

How does one pack wool dress pants in a small cabin bag without having them wrinkled upon arrival? It's the only question keeping me from a U116 which would make life better on these tiny jets.
