I flew phx-den-fra-txl yesterday/today. I haven't checked in a bag since the Clinton administration but did today and my bag is lost. Phx-den UA of course and the rest was LH. I filed a claim at txl with LH baggage services.

Luckily I have my toiletries with me but have no other clothes. Who is responsible here--UA or LH? Should I head to a mall tomorrow morning here near my Berlin Marriott and send the bill to LH? UA?

Should I check the travel insurance on my Chase PP MasterCard to see if the insurance coverages are > than the airline?

Any helpful suggestions are appreciated.
