I'm a bit confused about the cabin layout maps of the European A321. It seems to show that row 22 has the exit BEHIND it, yet I'm sure sitting in 22C I had lots of legroom and the emergency exit was in front of me to the right. Am I wrong?
The map shows row 23 as having lots of legroom in C/D for example, yet I think they don't. Just checking as I have a flight on one of these on Friday.
Row 22 is the pair seats, and the non aisle seat has a bit more sideways legroom. It is is in the exit row area, but if you actually had to exit you would do it via the back of the seat. Row 23 has the main exit leg room. Was your previous experience before the refit?
